- Click on the blue “CHECK BALANCE” button near the left middle on your screen.
- Enter the Card Number or Claim Code from your physical gift card or Digital Gift Card Code from your email in the field on the upper left corner of the page.
- Next, enter the PIN if available or leave the field blank
- Complete the re-Captcha by selecting the “I’m not a robot” checkbox
- Click the orange “CHECK BALANCE” button and your Fandango gift card credit amount will be displayed on the screen.
FandangoNOW Gift Card
- Go to FandangoNOW Gift Card Webpage www.fandangonow.com/giftcards and click the “CHECK BALANCE” link found just below the ‘BUY GIFT CARD’ button near the middle on the screen.
- Or, you can directly access the balance check page from www.fandangonow.com/check-balance
- Enter your Gift Card number or E-Gift Card Code and PIN in their respective fields. (If you have a digital gift card without a PIN, leave the space blank)
- Check the “I’m not a robot” box for security
- Click the “CHECK BALANCE” button to see the remaining balance on your FandangoNOW Gift Card.
For a new Gift Card, you may need to scratch the back of the plastic card to reveal the PIN or Claim Code.

You may also know your physical or digital Fandango or FandangoNOW Gift Card balance over the phone by calling the Fandango Gift Card Balance Check Number at 1-866-857-5191. How To Purchase FandangoNOW Gift Card
- To buy a FandangoNOW Gift Card, visit www.fandangonow.com/giftcards
- Click the blue “BUY GIFT CARD” button in the lower middle on the screen or scroll down a little to choose a card design.
- Select who the gift card is for and enter the names if it is for you and hit the “Pick a gift card” button.
- Choose what kind of gift card you want between Digital Card and Physical Card and pick a card design from the available options.
- Select the card denomination and quantity
- Click the “Add to Cart” for digital card order and “Where is it going?” if you are ordering a traditional plastic gift card
- For physical card, you will need to provide the shipping address including the recipient’s full name, country, and address with postal code

Note that, though both Fandango & FandangoNOW Gift Cards can be used on Fandango, FandangoNOW, and Flixster, some older Fandango Gift Cards may not be used on FandangoNOW. If your Fandango gift cards have Claim Code instead of Card Number on the back, unfortunately, it can only be used to make purchasing on fandango.com.
